We are developing an iHIPAA-compliant medical emergency response system that enables emergency responders to securely access critical patient health information via QR codes on physical ID cards. The platform operates in a regulated healthcare environment with a strong focus on encryption, RBAC, audit logging, and secure real-time data management.

Qualifications:

1,5 years of commercial experience as a Fullstack Engineer;

Strong experience with Node.js;

Experience with tRPC and RESTful API design;

PostgreSQL experience;

Experience with tRPC and RESTful API design;

English level: В1 Strong — B2;

Experience with React and TypeScript;

Experience with Tailwind CSS — Utility-first styling;

Experience with React Hook Form — Form management;

Experience with Zod — Form validation

Will be a plus:

Experience with Supabase (Auth, RLS, Edge Functions);

Azure Experience;

Experience with Monorepo Management — pnpm workspaces, Turborepo;

Experience with Radix UI — Accessible component primitives;

Experience with Vite — Build tooling, plugins;

Experience with PWA Development — Service workers, offline support;

Experience with Playwright — E2E testing

Responsibilities:

Backend / API: Design and implement tRPC endpoints, follow Clean Architecture, handle errors, write tests.

Database: Design schemas, write RLS policies, manage migrations, optimize queries.

Security & Compliance: Implement PHI encryption, audit logging, RBAC, follow HIPAA guidelines.

Frontend / UI: Build responsive, accessible React components, optimize performance, ensure cross-browser and mobile support.

State & UX: Manage server state with TanStack Query, client state with React Context, handle caching, loading/error states, and form validation (React Hook Form + Zod).

Code Quality & Testing: Write type-safe, maintainable code, follow conventions, document logic, review PRs, maintain test coverage (Vitest, Playwright).
