Project description:

A HealthCare platform that helps people to take care of mental health. Our team is developing a method of supporting people in the exact moment they need it most. Our technology uses Data Analysis and Predictive Analytics to identify patterns of behavior, allowing us to predict when a client will need support. We also use Artificial Intelligence to collect additional data about the client’s current experience as well as deliver interventions in the moment they are needed, rather than at the time of the next scheduled appointment. These technological interventions are guided and written by our human workforce of counselors and clinicians.

Project Team: On our side — Team of developers, PM, CSM. On the client side — CIO, Tech Lead.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer in the IT Industry;

Experience with healthcare projects;

Understanding of QA theory;

Understanding of SDLC, STLC;

Mobile, web, API testing;

Good knowledge of DevTools, Postman, Zephyr;

Deep understanding of different approaches, principles and types of testing;

Understanding of the CI/CD process;

Experience in Acceptance testing;

Understanding of QA process;

Еxperience in setting up testing processes;

Strong skills in writing and maintaining QA documentation;

Comfortable in communication with customers directly and stakeholders from client side;

Good communication and problem solving skills;

Upper intermediate English level.

Responsibilities:

Сonducting different types of testing depending on the goals;

Creating and maintaining test documentation;

Communication with the client and the team, support;

Improvement of the current testing flow and implementation of new processes;

Creating reports on the testing for the client and the team.
