About Vacancy:
Assistant of customer success manager is a person with 1+ year working in the software outsourcing industry ( account management \ business development \ IT Sales \ Client Relationship management etc). You will work closely with a Head of CSM department and assist with client management, including communication with the client, team, and representatives of other company departments. Within a year, you will be able to build a career as aСcustomer Success manager.

Software development life cycle;
Software development company functioning;
Offshore software development specifics;
Basic revenue models, profit/loss;
Project pricing model and billing procedures;
Project/budget estimation techniques.
Qualifications:
From 1 year working in software outsourcing industry ( account management \ business development \ IT Sales \ Client Relationship management etc);
Ability to manage multiple tasks;
Negotiation and problem resolving skills;
People motivation skills;
Self-motivation and the ability to work on own initiative;
Purposeful, client-oriented, analytical and system thinking, responsible;
English — upper-intermediate and above.
Duties and responsibilities:
Working closely with the Customer Success Manager;
Under the supervision of the CSM, assist with core account operational activities;
Assist with client management, including communication with the client, team, representatives of other company departments;
Assists in resolving any client-related issues;
Identifying any potential risks and forward any such issues to CSM.
