Project description:
This project is a global enterprise solutions provider, delivering industry-leading working capital and accounts receivable (A/R) automation software. Over 250 enterprises are managing $425 billion in A/R Turnover with platform today. Our 15 years of success have been driven by superior technology integrated with proprietary real-time data integration tools across complex and disparate ERP systems.
The main product manages end-to-end accounts receivables (payment management) for large corporations. The project is to create predictive modeling around how likely a given customer is to pay a bill (early, on time, ever, etc). The project will be based in Sisense and Redshift and will eventually be integrated into a new data lake.
Qualifications:
5+ years of working experience as BI Developer;
2+ years predictive modeling experience to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, and other business outcomes;
2+ years of Reporting Data Model & Dashboard build experience with BI tool (such as Sisense, Power BI, Tableau, BOBJ) and their front-end integration;
2+ years of ETL experience with any ETL tool;
2+ years of system analysis and design experience;
1+ years of cloud development experience, AWS and/or Snowflake experience preferred;
Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to create and automate dashboards, standard reports, queries, and ad-hoc reports;

Familiarity with data visualization best practices and the ability to deliver visualizations in various easy-to-understand formats, such as Excel charts, graphs, reports, presentations, dashboards, and infographics;
Strong understanding of API integrations with front-end applications;
Extensive knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architectures, and technical standards;
Experience with layered system architectures and delivery of integrated solutions (i.e., application created by combining data or functionality from different sources);
Proficiency in new and emerging technologies;
Strong oral and written communication skills; presentation skills;
English level: Upper intermediate or higher.
Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions;
Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies;
Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets;
Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, and other business outcomes;
Clean, prepare and condense large volumes of data into clear, insightful, and automated formats;
Develop effective, scalable, defect-free source code that meets business requirements and team standards;
Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) and provide functional/system integration test support;
Recommend and develop technical alternatives for small to medium complexity business and/or technical problems or roadmaps;
Identify changes that make Cforia’s solutions more efficient and/or reduces operation or maintenance costs.
