Projects for you:

First project is in the area of E-commerce — customer platform for flooring companies to manage their flooring inventories, pricing, etc. The platform provides the ability to search, price, and view product information for us

Second project is in the area of Healthcare. Healthcare company from the USA that operate on the market of medications for fertility, make from scratch a communication hub that brings in the same ecosystem both patients, physicians, and pharmacists. The new communication hub will be convenient to use by all involved parties and in particular for the patients.

Qualifications:

3+ years of full-time practice as a Project Manager;

Experience in managing a team of 10+ fte;

Experience in managing a distributed team;

Experience in building PM processes on the project;

Strong understanding of PDLC/SDLC;

Experience with working and coaching distributed teams;

Strong understanding of PMBOK practices;

Knowledge of bpmn;

Experience in process set-up, controlling and execution;

Experience in negotiating and collaboration with USA and EU customers;

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage to outsource projects;

Experience in working within agile methodologies such as Kanban\SCRUM, operating in scrums and working with code repositories and developer tools;

Understanding of software development life cycle models as well as both Agile and traditional project management principles and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment;

Knowledge of Jira and other project management tools;

Balanced business/technical background;

Understanding of Scope and change requests management procedures;

Knowledge of Project documentation;

Strong leadership skills;

Advanced level in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

Manage the project team at all stages of the project (analytics, performance evaluation, planning, development, testing);

Prepare and maintain project related documentation (business requirements, WBS, specifications);

Prepare reports and control over the whole development process;

Participation in pre-sales.
