5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer, who works closely with React JS, Angular JS, Angular, and Vue JS;

Understanding of SDLC, and Agile methodologies;

Solid knowledge of software development life cycle;

Experience in running pre-sales from a technology perspective, ability to deliver cost estimation, technology stack, and software architecture visionі during Discovery Phases and pre-sales for potential and existing customers;

Ability to support Sales and HR teams during their daily activities;

Excellent organizational, time-management, coaching, and supervisory skills;

Highly responsible;

Perfect estimation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skill;

English — Advanced level.

Duties and responsibilities:

You will Build and Develop a Frontend Department;

You will contribute your vision to the creation of RoadMaps employee development;

You will join the creation of the Competence Matrix;

You will take an active part in Presales;

You will convert customer’s business requirements into a technical solution;

You will set up best practices across the new and ongoing projects;

You will take part in a technical meetups organization.


Experience with Node js;

Experience as a Team Lead.
