4+ years of commercial recruitment experience;
Working experience in the IT company of 200+ people;
Experience in remote hiring from other cities and countries;
Experience hiring developers, with such stack: Frontend (Angular.js/Angular/Recat.js/Vue.js), Backend (.NET/Node.js/Java), Mobile (iOS/Android?Flutter/Rect Native), DevOps, QA;
Abbility to asses the initial fit of a candidate to a position;
Knowledge of IT market, recruitment practices, and guidelines;
Experience in Direct search and Headhunting;
Good understanding of the Recruitment Life Cycle process;
Good Negotiation skills;
English level: Upper-Intermediate;
Exposure to working with analytics and deep understanding of Recruitment metrics;
High competence in Communication and Hiring strategies.

You will design and implement an effective sourcing strategy based on an understanding of the IT market.
You’ll contribute scaling inVerita’s recruiting practices by helping the entire team contribute to our recruiting pipeline by improving the hiring process, networking strategy, sourcing strategy;
You will identify gaps in the recruiting process while providing solutions to better support tech and non-tech hiring.
Determine job offer details; negotiate, prepare, and extend new-hire offers;
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration;
Assess candidate’s relevant knowledge/hard skills/soft skills/experience/aptitudes, according to positions;
