Knowledge of the IT outsourcing market, recruitment practices, and guidelines;
Experience in direct search and headhunting;
Good understanding of the recruitment life cycle process (vacancy creating/ candidate profile analysis/ sourcing/pre-screening/interviewing/offer proposition/closing of vacancy);
Exposure to working with analytics and a deep understanding of Recruitment metrics;
High competence in candidates communication strategies and hiring strategies.
