— 1+ year of experience in HR (IT company);
— Independence, responsibility and self-organization;
— Energetic and initiative person;
— Highly developed communication skills;
— English level: Intermediate+;
— Excellent planning, time-management, negotiation and analytical skills;
— Experience with (MS Office, Google Docs);

Обов’язки

HR Responsibilities:

— On-boarding for new employees;
— Staff adaptation;
— One on One meetings and maintenance the database of results;
— Administration the IT Academy (advertising, processing incoming requests, organization of testing and interviews, feedbacks, organization of educational process, HR interviews);
— Organization and scheduling meetings and appointments;
— Providing the office with all the necessary things;
— Managing the internal office budget;
— Organization office operations and procedures;
— Managing pages of the company in social networks;
— Building the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners;
— Organization and conducting events;
— Conducting motivation monitoring;
— Off-boarding (exit interview, feedbacks)
— Staff development (responsible for the continuing education, training, and certification of new and experienced employees);
— Managing Performance review procedure.
— Supporting employees with all issues.

Recruiting Responsibilities:
— Placement of vacancies in various search channels;
— Search for candidates (using various channels);
— Sending messages and letters to potential candidates;
— Conducting HR interviews (+ checking the level of English);
— Maintaining a database of CRM candidates;
— Reporting on the recruitment process;
— Monitoring and analysis of the IT market;
— Regular and timely feedback from candidates;
— Representation of the company in universities / IT fairs.
