• You have an online portfolio full of your work (designs, prototypes, and sketches) that you are excited to share
• You have 3+ years experience designing compelling websites, web applications, responsive web apps, mob applications
• You are proactive and deadline driven with ability to be highly team oriented
• You have the ability to self manage scope and deadlines in fast-paced agile environment
• You are proficient in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Axure, Acrobat and Principle
• You have experience defining, implementing and working with corporate design best practices and web standards
• You have a basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
• You have a good command of English both written and spoken

Main responsibilities and requirements:

Strategic
• Define the balance between a beautiful interface with an intuitive, and easy to use experience
• Determine and execute the best responsive strategy and work closely with engineers to maintain the integrity of the user experience on any device
• Stay close to the customer. Attend and participate in regular user studies to validate product concept and designs, then iterate on designs based on customer feedback
• Use both qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions
• Act as the user-advocate during the design and development process, subjecting early-stage designs to usability testing or expert review, and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered design perspective
• Act as “go to” with in-depth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards
• Use research-related services, theories and methods to support your recommendations

Implementation
• Initiate, suggest, and spearhead interface re-factorings for a more intuitive user-experience
• Develop wireframes, behavioral specifications and personas
• Develop user flows for the customer journey to create a cohesive web\mob presence
• Create mockups and functional prototypes
• Maintain, implement and contribute to design guidelines
