We are developing an online service for automated analysis, prioritization and escalation of consumer complaints on various services.This service is using by consumers all over UK and supported by UK Government. The main issue this service resolve is giving the consumer possibility to leave the complaint on some service or product easily, free and be sure this complaint will get the right person.
Tech stack of the project: RoR, Rspec, Capybara, Capistrano, MySQL / MongoDB, AWS.
Also we are using neo4j for natural language processing and Terraform IaC.
Our client is from London, UK. Product management is carried out by the client; requirements processing, architecture and development is carried out by our developers (a distributed team, consist of 15 Senior and Strong Middle developers).
Who are we looking for: a person with a strong back-end, good English (for active direct communication with the client by voice or in chat), good experience with databases (SQl, noSQL), a desire to deal with different tools. It would be great if you have experience with React or Angular and microservices.
