Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web applications.
• Test designs with real users and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align designs with business goals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in design and user research.

Requirements

UI Design Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to create responsive designs for multiple platforms (web and mobile).

UX Research Skills:

• Expertise in conducting user research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.).
• Experience with tools like Maze, Respondent, and SurveyMonkey for research and data collection.
• Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable design insights.

Market Expertise:

• Proven experience working with the U.S. market, including understanding user behavior and cultural nuances.
• Familiarity with U.S.-based design standards and user preferences.
