Intetics Inc. is a leading American technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for Tender Sales Manager to enrich its team with a skilled professional.

Responsibilities:
• Global business development functions, including new business sales Lead.
• Manage, lead and scale a strong sales organization in the Tender sector closely working with the executive team, and delivery and marketing departments.
• Research targeted prospects/decision trees for alignment on Tender offerings.
• Follow sales processes and CRM.
• Cooperate and align with Global Marketing on lead generation and company.
• Pursue close relationships with key target accounts and help close them.
• Identify and suggest optimal pricing strategies through best practices, processes, and tools, including competitive analysis.
• Enforce corporate brand book.

Requirements:
• Proven results as a Sales Manager.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales and management experience.
• Knowledge of the Tender’s platform in Enterprise and Goverment sector. Ability to evaluate probability of the tender
• High level of presentation skills.
• Experience implementing Sales and Business Development processes in the custom software development industry.
• Proven sales skills, including the ability to work remotely in a distributed team and create a healthy organizational culture.
• Superior analytical skills with a deep understanding of relevant KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with analytics dashboards, presentation, MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong verbal and written presentation, communication and problem-solving skills.
