The client is a large network of clinics in the USA
Accept requests from doctors in the network of the client’s clinics.
To make changes in the doctors’ schedules.
Update customers’ appointments (find a new doctor, cancel appointments, etc.)
Attention to detail.
Fluent English is a must.
Competent spoken and written English.
Confident PC users.
Willingness to work full-time.
Follow various communication scripts when speaking to a caller.
Handle customer engagement.
Identify customer needs, answer questions and solve problems.
Build sustainable customer relationships.
