— 3+ years experience in leading Talent Acquisition team in IT company;
— Experience in development/transformations of recruitment function in a company;
— Resource management and workforce planning experience;
— Experience scaling a team through tremendous growth periods;
— Global recruitment experience will be an extra plus (in EU, USA, APAC);
— Experience building sourcing plans for multiple clients;
— Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationship;
— Demonstrated bias for action;
— Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement;
— Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer;
— Strong analytics with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.

— Cooperate with Talent Acquisitions teams to build effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches with an ability to match clients’ expectations;
— Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management;
— Communicate with sales representative, Delivery directors, hiring managers to ensure preparedness during the interview process and exchange information with all levels of management;
— Develop innovative recruiting approaches and initiatives related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company;
— Implement new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits Intetics’ strategic plans to deliver the highest quality service to our clients;
— Stay hands-on in filling complicated/urgent positions, screen interview candidates within the framework of the position specifications and prepare a perfect candidate within an appropriate and consistent timeline;
— Draw up clearly a plan with deliverable, timelines and a formal tracking process.
