• Strong prospecting, campaigning, and lead creation skills;
• Proficient with CRM software such as Agile;
• Adept with technology such as SaaS, cloud applications, VOIP and TCP-IP;
• Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment as a team player;
• Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills;
• Entrepreneurial spirit — exhibiting creativity, drive, passion for growing our business;
• Proficient in Telecoms and English.

• Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities;
• Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone, email and chat to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns;
• Lead online demonstrations to give leads a better understanding of clients’ products;
• Keep abreast of the VoIP industry and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers;
• Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type.
