Обязанности

— Maintaining full cycle of the office activities (ordering water, office supplies, organization of coffee-breaks);
— Meetings coordination;
— Organization of our team members’ business trips;
— Collecting documents for visa obtaining;
— Assisting with organization of the corporate events and with preparing the work place for the newcomers;
— Cooperating with mail and delivery services;
— Welcoming our clients, allocating and supporting them with necessary information;
— Accomplishing of management’s tasks of different levels of difficulty.
