— 2+ years of Scrum master experience or working on management position in software development companies
— Good understanding of SDLC and development pipelines
— Experience working with high professional teams and technically complicated products
— Excellent understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles
— Excellent time management, organizational and presentation skills
— Strong sense of responsibility
— Fluent English and perfect communication skills

— Scrum master certification
— Experience working with multiple Product Teams
— Experience with SoS/SAFe/LeSS etc.
