OVERVIEW

We are looking for a few Azure Cloud Engineers, to join the DevOps team distributed between Denmark and Ukraine. In this role, you will be responsible for both — the daily operations and tasks, and part of the exciting journey of modernization of the platform. We have just completed the first step of moving from the private cloud to Microsoft’s Azure public cloud, but it is far from being done, and more interesting stuff is yet to come.

You will play a vital part in making sure we have a both secure and stable enterprise platform, for both our current and very ambitious future needs.

You will become part of a great team, that works very well together, in a light tone, with lots of flexibility and fun, but also responsibility. You will have lots of opportunities for being a part of plotting the path and making decisions on all levels.

YOUR PRIMARY TASKS WILL BE:

• Working on our Azure platform, and helping us expand, modernize, and optimizing it. Along with securing, maintaining, and operating it
• Be a part of our journey from VMs to AKS
• Expanding and defining the DevOps team role in the organization

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service, containerizing, and Microsoft products
• Knowledge or experience with VMs, Application life cycles, cloud architecture, and cloud security
• General good understanding of DevOps for Linux, Windows, Unix, SQL, and Monitoring
• It is a benefit if you know something about Defender for Cloud, Firewall rules, Enterprise architecture, or FinTech

PERSONALITY:

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or any relevant field
• Strong analytical thinking and analytical skills
• Passionate personality, not afraid to suggest and drive implementation of new ideas
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adjust to new processes
• Excellent communication skills
• English level Upper-Intermediate or higher
