OVERVIEW
We are an IT company with 18 years of experience in software development. Currently, our team consists of 370 employees, located in Lviv, Khmelnytskyi, Gdansk, and Aarhus.
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to maintain the daily operations of our colleagues.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshooting users’ issues related to workstations, accounts, software, connectivity etc.
- Onboarding of new specialists and offboarding of leaving specialists
- Keep register of workstations and other assets in up-to-date state
- Cooperate with repair services
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in maintaining Windows workstations and providing support to users
- Experience in using Windows AD (add/remove users and computers)
- Basic understanding of computer networks, experience in troubleshooting connectivity problems
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, hybrid-cloud
- Experience in maintaining macOS workstations
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems
- Good English
