— 2+ years of proven IT recruiting experience

— Maintain full recruiting life cycle/end-to-end recruiting
— Negotiate with potential candidates, screening CVs
— Schedule, organize, and conduct interviews
— Continuously build and engage a pipeline of candidates through prospecting, sourcing & networking
— Implement all your creative and innovative ideas in recruitment, sourcing and employer branding
— Be involved into market investigation/research

At present we are about 230 people, located in Lviv and Aarhus.

We have recently adopted Middle recruiter and looking for one more specialist that shows good results in hiring Middle/Senior Engineers, interacts & communicates with candidates giving a first-class candidate experience and is ready to do some extra work with a goal to hire the right person.
