System Analyst

We are a product IT company with over 10 years of experience in product development. Now we are in search of an experienced System Analyst who will be a liaison between stakeholders and the development team. The main task will be to gather, analyze and document requirements to create effective IT solutions. You will develop functional and technical documentation, provide process transparency on all development details. The vacancy involves full-time remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with customers and stakeholders to gather business requirements and needs;
• Formulating and documenting requirements (functional and non-functional), creating user stories and use cases;
• Preparing functional and technical specifications, diagrams and schematics for the development team;
• Updating and keeping documentation up to date at all stages of the project;
• Working closely with the team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements at each stage of development;
• Writing and maintaining product documentation.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the role of System Analyst / Business System Analyst / Requirements Analyst;
• Strong skills in creating technical documentation and system specifications;
• Proficiency in process and system modeling: UML, BPMN, EPC, IDEF;
• Experience in describing integration flows, understanding of client-server architecture;
• Solid understanding of SDLC, REST API, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and backend/frontend logic;
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles (would be a plus);
• Experience working with developers, QA, architects, and product teams.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working as a Technical Writer (creating technical documentation, API specifications, etc.);
• Experience in writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria;
• Skills in conducting stakeholder interviews and creating prototypes (e.g., in Figma, Balsamiq, etc.).

Working conditions:

• Remote working in a friendly and comfortable development team
• Salary per month — from $3500 gross
• 2 weeks paid holiday per year

• Working week: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00am to 7:00pm Israel time.
