UI/UX Designer

We are a product IT company with over 10 years of experience in developing and growing our own products.

We are currently looking for an experienced Web Designer to join our product team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating both high-converting marketing websites and sophisticated web products with intuitive user experiences. We value professionalism, initiative, attention to detail, and a passion for building high-quality products. Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial web design experience (mandatory).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both landing pages and complex web platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design.
• Experience designing responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile devices.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and conversion-oriented designs.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design digital products ranging from high-converting landing pages to complex web platforms with multiple user journeys and interfaces.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and final UI designs.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
• Improve user experience and optimize conversion funnels.
• Maintain consistency across products and design systems.
• Participate in product discussions and contribute design ideas.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on SaaS, social, marketplace, dating, communication, or content-driven platforms.
• Understanding of front-end development capabilities and limitations.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Working Conditions:

• Remote work in a friendly and comfortable team of professional developers WITHOUT the oppression of marketers;
• On-time salary starting from $3000 gross;
