Intent Solutions Group is launching a Bootcamp for aspiring Support Analysts. This is an opportunity to break into tech support, work with English-speaking clients, and gain practical experience in an international product environment, including a high-security video streaming platform used by leading enterprises worldwide.
What we’re looking for
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher
- Strong communication skills
- A willingness to learn and grow in a Support Analyst role
- Adaptability and the ability to stay calm under pressure
What you’ll gain
- Hands-on experience supporting an international product and working with English-speaking clients
- A solid foundation for building a career as a Support Analyst
- Practical exposure to the day-to-day work of a product support team
