Overview:
Intent Solutions Group is launching a Support Analyst Bootcamp for people who want to build a career in virtual event operations, enterprise video conferencing, and technical support. This program prepares trainees to support live virtual events delivered through secure enterprise video platforms used by Fortune 500 companies and global organizations. Throughout the bootcamp, you’ll gain hands-on experience with enterprise collaboration tools, live event workflows, technical troubleshooting, and real-time event support.

What you’ll learn:

• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise virtual events
• Experience communicating with English-speaking clients and global teams
• Exposure to enterprise technologies and international support environments
• Practical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• The ability to work confidently under pressure while managing live events
• A strong foundation for a career in virtual event operations, technical support, or customer support within the technology industry

We’re looking for people who:

• Have English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Communicate clearly and confidently
• Feel comfortable speaking directly with English-speaking clients
• Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Learn new technologies quickly
• Are proactive, responsible, and resourceful
• Can multitask in a fast-paced operational environment
• Have a genuine interest in technology, virtual events, or customer support
