About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to drive the development of complex, cloud-native solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients to understand their technical and business needs, translating them into robust, scalable architectures that balance performance, usability, and maintainability. You’ll lead a team of engineers, guiding them in delivering high-quality solutions while nurturing their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand and document technical and business requirements.
Solution Architecture: Design architectures that align with client goals, optimizing for constraints, quality, and functional requirements.
Effort Estimation: Provide accurate timelines and insights for development efforts.
Design Optimization: Reengineer solutions, balancing trade-offs and optimizing design.
Roadmap & Backlog Management: Define implementation plans, align backlogs with product milestones, and ensure product success.
Product Leadership: Guide the team through architectural decisions, conduct design reviews, and lead the development of prototypes and PoCs.
Technical Mentorship: Mentor engineers, passing on architectural vision, knowledge, and best practices.
Technology Selection: Choose suitable technologies, reference architectures, and design patterns based on product needs and constraints.

Desired Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of software architecture, design methodology, and solution assessment.
Software Development Experience: 7+ years in software development, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role, ideally in Java, AWS, Spring, and SQL.
Programming Skills: Proficient in Java 8, Spring, RESTful API, MySQL, and knowledgeable in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX design.
Quality Assurance: Deep understanding of software verification, validation, and auditing principles.
Agile Mindset: Skilled in agile methodologies with a focus on collaborative, client-centered development.
Analytical Skills: Advanced understanding of algorithms, software performance metrics, and code optimization.
Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to manage and inspire teams, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Language Skills: Upper-intermediate level of English, enabling effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) solutions and tools.
Knowledge of CI/CD systems, version control, and collaborative coding environments.
