Recruitment Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

Due to the company’s growth ISG is looking for a proactive person to join our HR team. We are looking for someone who is keen on searching for new talents and enjoys the challenge of understanding their needs.

Requirements:
— 1+ years of experience in the full-cycle recruitment process
— Good understanding of Lviv IT market is a must
— General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
— Skills in candidates search and selection including direct search and headhunting
— English proficiency (upper-intermediate level)
— Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
— Ability to work independently

— Active search for candidates by using different sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, Stackoverflow, Github, Google X-ray, job portals, etc.) and building a pipeline
— Reviewing resumes for requirements and pre-screening of candidates via Skype/ phone
— Organization of technical and conducting HR interviews
— Creating job descriptions, post vacancies
— Leading a candidate from the first contact to hire
