Your tasks and responsibilities:
The Sales and Business Development Manager role includes but is not limited to:
- Leading, Coordinating, and reporting all Sales & Business Development activities related to new accounts, target clients and industries
- Achieving growth and hit the sales targets by expanding customers portfolio
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Preparing and presenting offers and proposals to clients
- Present sales and profitability reports and realistic forecasts to management
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in IT sales
- Proven track record of success in Business development and Sales achievements
- Good organizational skills, customer-focused with attention to details
- Excellent communications skills (cross-functional and cross-cultural)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Ability to manage parallel tasks
- Practical background in using CRM systems
- Experience in leads management and pre-sales
- Fluent English skills, both written and verbal
