Sales / Business Development Manager


Your tasks and responsibilities:

The Sales and Business Development Manager role includes but is not limited to:

  • Leading, Coordinating, and reporting all Sales & Business Development activities related to new accounts, target clients and industries
  • Achieving growth and hit the sales targets by expanding customers portfolio
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Preparing and presenting offers and proposals to clients
  • Present sales and profitability reports and realistic forecasts to management


  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in IT sales
  • Proven track record of success in Business development and Sales achievements
  • Good organizational skills, customer-focused with attention to details
  • Excellent communications skills (cross-functional and cross-cultural)
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Ability to manage parallel tasks
  • Practical background in using CRM systems
  • Experience in leads management and pre-sales
  • Fluent English skills, both written and verbal
