12+ months of recruitment experience either in an IT company or a recruitment agency
Understanding of software development company functioning;
Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Upper Intermediate spoken & written English ;

Search for qualified candidates according to ICP (ideal candidate profile), using any online channels: LinkedIn & other social networks, community forums, job boars etc.
Post vacancies and process candidates;
Pre-screen candidates to define skills, knowledge and experience match according to position requirements;
Initial contact with applicants and “cold” candidates;
Coordinate all interview stages (technical, project and customer interviews);
Report to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates etc.;
Create and extend the recruiting pipeline, maintain database of candidates and recruitment related reports.
