— 2+ experience in managing software development projects
— Strong understanding of SDLC
— Experience in building development teams, hiring and people management
— Upper-Intermediate level of English
— Strong knowledge of modern technologies and principles of software design
— Familiarity with Methodologies RUP or PMBOK/PMI
— Ability to prioritize and spot quickly urgent tasks that need immediate attention
— Demonstrated leadership capability, organizational skills
— Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

— Software development experience
— Experience with blockchain technologies
— Certification in Scrum and Agile

— Lead scrum team
— Participate in the pre-sales activities by delivering presentations, collecting requirements, making estimates
— Oversee and improve delivery processes such as release planning, quality of product, deployment, etc.
— Collaborate and make technology decision
— Motivate and provide guidance to development teams as well as make hiring and firing decisions
— Work closely with business stakeholders to keep everyone informed on the state of delivery
— Collaborate with product, business stakeholders for clear understanding of business goals and targets
