2+ year of practical experience in role of Scrum Master / Project Manager / Project Coordinator;
Experience in Scrum processes establishment with further adjustments;
Experience in the outsourcing industry;
Experience in managing teams of 4-10 people;
Strong understanding of different software methodologies — SCRUM, Agile, RUP, Waterfall;
Excellent project management skills, including ability to execute and prioritize a number of tasks simultaneously, and experience managing cross-functional teams;
Good skills in decision making, leadership, team building and motivating, communication, cultural awareness, and negotiating;
Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English.

You are a certified Scrum-Master or Product Owner;
Knowledge of banking processes will be a plus.

Support development teams as a Scrum-Master in the introduction and establishment of Scrum;
Help the product owner and the requirements engineer to create and organize the product backlog;
Actively participate in the further development of our organization;
Train and support Scrum teams in the introduction of scrum and agile methods;
Coach Scrum teams until the teams have internalized the agile methods in their actions;
Conceive and carry out workshops.
