Head of Recruitment (вакансія неактивна)

Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting and understanding of all the disciplines of human resources;
Understanding of IT outsourcing business and effective management practices;
2+ years of managing recruitment or talent acquisition in a corporate environment (managing team of 10-20 people) or holding a top management position in IT company
Strong management and leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to perform as a self—starter and a change catalyst.
Ability to work in under high pressured in demanding environment;
Upper-intermediate level of writing and verbal English;
Marketing skills would be a plus.
