5+ years of commercial experience in quality assurance;
At least 2 years experience leading QA/AQA teams (more than 3 persons);
Understanding of Agile methodologies and engineering practices;
Quality centric mindset;
Ability to lead complex projects, develop test strategies, adapt processes and flows to enable CI/CD with multiple deployments a day;
Experience with continuous integration systems (i.e. Jenkins, VSTS or other);
Upper-intermediate level of English;
Well-developed communication and negotiation skills;
Good skills in decision-making, leadership, team building and motivating;
Experience in requirements analysis, effort estimating and task scheduling.
Testing frameworks: Mocha, Chai, Sinon.JS, Microsoft Azure Automation, VSTS, Selenium, SpecFlow, NUnit, Moq.

Experience with cloud-based, enterprise level products;
