Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
Strong ability to learn and apply new/emerging technologies,
Strong OOP skills and knowledge of design patterns and their application in problem solving,
6+ years’ hands-on experience in designing and developing mission critical applications using Java SE 5+ and Java EE 5+,
Strong experience with JPA (preferably Hibernate 3.5+ or EclipseLink 2.0+),
Strong experience with EJB3 or Spring Declarative Transactions,
Prior Experience with industry standard tools Maven (or: Gradle), Git (or: Mercurial), JUnit (or: TestNG).
