We are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer with deep expertise in React Native to lead the development of high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. In this role, you will focus on creating intuitive, performant, and scalable mobile user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver innovative features and improvements to our mobile platform.

What project we have for you

This role centers on developing high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. You will work as part of a collaborative team to create seamless and performant mobile experiences for caregivers.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.
• Ensure smooth performance, manage complex state, and handle navigation across the mobile app.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain standards, and guide mobile development best practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing specific to mobile platforms.
• Mentor junior mobile developers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in mobile development using React Native.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile-first development principles.
• Experience with mobile performance tuning, app lifecycle management, and offline support.
• Integration experience with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience using mobile debugging, monitoring, and analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of mobile CI/CD practices and app store deployment processes.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
• Some exposure to native development (Swift, Kotlin, Java).
• Experience working with GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
