What project we have for you
Our client is a well-known e-commerce retailer that covers several areas of women’s lives (e.g. health and lifestyle). This Architect role is a multi-faceted role for a talented and client-facing Technical Architect, who has great experience in the Shopify Plus platform and has practice in architecting and delivering enterprise e-commerce solutions solutions built on Shopify.
What you will do
- Collaborate with the development, QA, DevOps and other team members to gather requirements and contribute to technical discussions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback, enhancing code quality.
- Work closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues.
- Support the team in tasks such as deployment and performance optimization.
What you need for this
- Hands-on development and architecture experience in all aspects of the Shopify platform (including themes, apps, common integrations, REST, GraphQL, Shopify Plus and Shopify Markets).
- Development background and experience in JavaScript, Typescript.
- Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Exceptional analytical skills for effective decision-making in complex scenarios.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good command of English (B2+/C1).
