Are you passionate about ensuring fair and competitive compensation practices that attract, retain, and motivate top talents? We are looking for a dedicated Compensation Specialist to join the Talent Management Office Unit. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of compensation principles.
You’ll cover compensations for our main locations: Ukraine, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Colombia, India, Croatia, Bulgaria, Germany, UK, as well as benchmark and analyze the compensation data for new locations if any appear.
Responsibilities:
- Salary analysis. Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive salary ranges.
- Analyze and review salary structures to maintain internal equity.
- Develop and update compensation policies and guidelines. Ensure that policies are consistent, fair, and align with the organization’s objectives.
- Ensure that compensation practices comply with legal requirements, such as minimum wage, overtime, and equal pay laws (in collaboration with local EX).
- Collect, analyze, and report on compensation data.
- Benchmark the organization’s compensation practices against industry standards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret insights from compensation data.
- Experience with compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, including salary structures, job evaluations, market analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate compensation policies, decisions, and recommendations.
- The ability to work with intricate compensation data and ensure accuracy in calculations and reporting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Advanced English.
