Are you passionate about ensuring fair and competitive compensation practices that attract, retain, and motivate top talents? We are looking for a dedicated Compensation Specialist to join the Talent Management Office Unit. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of compensation principles.

You’ll cover compensations for our main locations: Ukraine, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Colombia, India, Croatia, Bulgaria, Germany, UK, as well as benchmark and analyze the compensation data for new locations if any appear.

Responsibilities:

  • Salary analysis. Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive salary ranges.
  • Analyze and review salary structures to maintain internal equity.
  • Develop and update compensation policies and guidelines. Ensure that policies are consistent, fair, and align with the organization’s objectives​.
  • Ensure that compensation practices comply with legal requirements, such as minimum wage, overtime, and equal pay laws (in collaboration with local EX).
  • Collect, analyze, and report on compensation data.
  • Benchmark the organization’s compensation practices against industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret insights from compensation data.
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, including salary structures, job evaluations, market analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate compensation policies, decisions, and recommendations.
  • The ability to work with intricate compensation data and ensure accuracy in calculations and reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Advanced English.
