What project will you be engaged in?

Currently, we are looking for an inspired and dedicated Senior People Data Analyst to our Talent Management Office unit. TMO is responsible for all analytics related to Talent Delivery, Workforce Management, Talent Marketing, Employee Experience, and other units within the Talent Management Department.

What will you deal with:

• Track Talent management metrics on a daily basis, identify and monitor trends, highlight risks and communicate if something goes wrong (for example, attrition or lead time increase)
• Gather and analyze requirements from Talent Management units’ heads and cooperate with the Data Analytics team responsible for building Power BI reports
• Validate a data in Reports

What do we expect:

• 3+ years of experience in talent analytics, preferably in IT
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Analytical thinking for data evaluation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Time and resource management skills

• Ability to stay focused under load with multiple tasks
• Details oriented

Higher Education:

Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree
