What project will you be engaged in?

Our client is an EV Charging Station services provider. The product is used to manage the charging infrastructure for electric vehicles and in particular to control charging stations.

As a Technical Writer, you will create documentation that empowers developers to build solutions with the Smartlab. You will collaborate directly with product managers, developers, and develop documentation for new product and new features and present it to German stakeholders.

What will you deal with:

• Documentation for new features
• Documentation of existing functionality
• Standardize and organize information in Confluence
• Support and control documentation culture on a day-to-day basis

• Estimate and review documentation deliverables
• Design graphics and diagrams to simplify complicated concepts

What do we expect:

• 2 years’ experience as a technical writer
• German language

• Demonstrated ability to write documentation for a developer audience
• Excellent writing skills and ability to conform to a style guide
• Experience working on an Agile team
• Ability to gather information through a variety of methods, including interviews, hands-on work with the product, and collaboration tools
