Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks;
Targeting and reaching passive candidates using creative methodologies;
Follow the latest sourcing techniques and instruments;
Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates;
Pre-screen and select resumes;
Monitor, schedule interviews and keep in touch with the applicants;
Maintain internal databases, related reports;
Work on different recruitment projects e.g. applicant tracking system optimization, social networking, career site;
Perform a Job market analysis and research;
Work closely together with other members of the recruitment team.
Requirements:
Understanding of Boolean Logic and advanced internet search;
Advanced data processing and PC-user skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Solid analytical skills and attention to details;
IT market proficiency;

Ability to learn fast and apply new knowledge on practice;
