We’re Navigation, a product unit within Location Technology Products technical unit. We develop software for onboard, hybrid, and online navigation applications — used by hundreds of millions of people around the world. Using a Navigation Data Standard (NDS) run-time format, our software includes navigation domain logic for traffic-dependent routing, route guidance, map visualization, search, positioning and machine learning-based predictions and suggestions. On our team, you’ll see your work transforming connected and embedded navigation around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement best practices, processes, and toolsets for effective cross-project management;
• Define delivery excellence criteria and KPIs for each particular case;
• Support and supervise PMs with risk management on the project level;
• Forecast and track key account metrics, ensure appropriate status reporting to stakeholders on all levels;
• Establish and maintain effective staffing practices, ensure the team is well-trained in interviewing skills;
• Build trusting strategic relationships with client, develop a deep understanding of client business and operational needs;
• Constantly monitor how business and technology landscape changes on the market;
• Identify potential areas of concern for the client, fix the client’s problems before they appear;
• Participate in account planning and actively contribute to the development and execution of the account development plan;
• Work independently without micro-management from your manager.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in project management;
• Experience in IT and delivery of products to production;
• Experience in managing big and complex products is a plus;
• Having a recognized ability to deliver challenging project management assignments with cross-functional teams;
• Presenting strong interpersonal, writing, verbal, communication, and organizational skills;
• Relationship management-savvy;
• Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate Strong English level.
