Project Overview:

Intellias engineers will be a part of IT Transformation project team for our Customer to run projects for new technologies with dedicated innovation resources (New Technologies & Open Banking).

Candidate will be a part of IT Transformation project team to run projects for new technologies with dedicated innovation resources (New Technologies & Open Banking). Project goal is to build and setup new microservice architecture in the Bank to increase time to market for new banking products and services. Team is responsible for creating a middle layer to platform like NeoBank with fully GDPR / PSD2 compliance, building new or transforming current integration processes according to MSA principals. Cloud native architecture with Agile product development practices are used within digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Strong partnership with the Business Owner and Product Owners on “eye to eye” level;
• Work closely with Product Owner and Enterprise Architect to define the Product Stream backlog and the Release Plan;
• Ensure that the delivered solution fits to the overall IT strategy and IT goals/tasks are reflected in the Product Backlog;
• Provide technical and IT related strategic input for the respective business area;
• First escalation instance on IT side for Product Owner, Scrum Master and IT (Team);
• Ensure proper involvement of all IT roles, IT resource management for Adaptive team;
• IT internal alignment of IT standards and documentation required for Adaptive team setup;
• Accountable for delivery of Product Stream IT deliverables;
• Scrum team supervision and process management.

Requirements:

• Analyst/Developer/Tester/IT PM/PO other similar hard skill background with experience in enterprise scale organizations;
• 3+ year of practical experience in Scrum teams;
• Experience in Scrum processes establishment with further adjustments;
• Proven experience in managing teams of 5-10 people;
• Proven ability to conduct effective retrospectives and personal devotion to continuous improvement of team performance;
• Strong understanding of different software methodologies — SCRUM, Agile, RUP, Waterfall;
• Advanced practical facilitation skills (deep understanding of facilitation session stages, artifacts, goals and techniques);
• Experience in scaled agile frameworks (i.e. LESS, SAFE, Spotify, other) is an advantage;
• Good skills in decision making, leadership, team building, coaching and motivating, communication, cultural awareness, and negotiating;
• Intermediate or advanced level of English.
