For current position we are looking for talented open-minded Lead AQA Engineer who will assess the current state of testing processes and prepare transformation plan during the discovery phase; and who will implement the proposed changes and lead the team of AQA engineers during the execution phase.

Responsibilities:

• Determine the architecture of Java-based test framework;
• Develop E2E tests;
• Develop tests for REST API;
• Develop test framework to add further non-functional tests (performance, cross-browser etc.);
• Follow, improve and implement processes to assure reaching the agreed quality standards;
• Lead a team of AQA engineers;
• Contribute to test planning and test design;
• Test results reporting;
• Conduct maintenance of flaky tests;
• Regression runs and test results analysis;
• Bug reporting.

Requirements:

• Ability to lead complex projects and provide leadership as well as mentor QA team members;
• Deep knowledge of software testing related best practices;
• Previous experience in the development of regression frameworks based on Java, Groovy, Selenium, PageObject;
• Expertise in expressing and reading functional specification using Gherkin;
• Knowledgeable of SOLID design;
• Strong skills in translating functional and non-functional requirements into appropriate and scalable test scripts and execute, as required;
• Experience with automating tests for different platforms;
• Fluent in English, both in spoken and written form.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Katalon Studio;
• Experience with AWS, running tests in the cloud.
