Outside Plant (OSP) Design Engineer with Aramis experience (вакансія неактивна)

1+ year experience with Aramis with an emphasis on outside/inside plant telecommunications systems;
1+ year experience on ASE drafting on Aramis / LightGig (AT&T) drafting on Aramis / LightGig drafting on BSTCAD;
Good Understanding of navigation tools such as google map and fiber design concepts;
Good communication skills;
Independent decision making;
Flexible to work in night shifts.

Experience on Opti.
Higher Education: Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Field.

Responsible for creating detailed designs and narrative for fiber cable and associated infrastructure for the build-out of fiber optic outside plant facilities/network (may include OSP underground or aerial path);
Create/update fiber details in Aramis that may include BOM, engineering codes used by customer/carriers and the creation of drawings, elevations, and diagrams used by construction personnel;
To understand all market guidelines and complete all drafting jobs assigned, in time, with quality;
To go through quality correction comments given on jobs and implement correction;
Be on top of all market specific guidelines, Scope of Works and Fiber design tools;
Actively participate in internal team meetings and customer meetings;
Interact with different verticals of Fiber Design team and improve delivery quality.

Our client, a leading software and services provider to communications and media companies, is looking for OSP designer to join their team responsible for Fiber Design. The role assumes the involvement in activities that include the development of OSP design documentation, planning, and assembly.
