Support client’s PMO to manage a variety of project as part of the 2021 Book of Work;
Preparation and maintenance of end to end program and project plans;
Documenting and maintaining Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID) log;

We are looking for a Project Manager who will act not only as a Project member but also as a Business Team member and help us to create Online Banking “Corporate Client Experience Portal” (with Back Office Portal) and “Trade Finance” solution and be involved with development of the IT systems for our Customer.
The PMO Project Manager will be responsible for supporting a wide variety of activities associated with management, reporting and governance of the customer book of work. Reporting to the Head of PMO, day to day you will be working closely with the client project management and extended vendor project management teams.
The Manager will be responsible for enabling communication and maintaining accurate tracking of the projects so that project remain on-time, within budget, to quality and deliver the agreed scope. This involves recording notes and action plans in meetings, channelling actions into relevant planning tools such as Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project (desktop and online), Microsoft Dynamics and Jira/Confluence.
