A TPM is taking business requirements and translating them into technical requirements. Technical product managers identify customer needs, develop strategies to meet customer demands, work with the Software Engineers to implement the latest technology, and monitor progress.

Our customer is a well-known company in Automotive Domain. The area of responsibility for the position is divided for 2 main directions:
HD. HD map for the OEMs including routing, localization, and lanes modules. Our team is responsible for the developing compilers which produce the HD map based on the data provided upstream. Basically, team is divided for 2 sub-tribes: routing and localization, and lanes;
Project state: Feature Completion;
Team size: 8 engineers in the team with the following functions: PM, Lead Software Engineers, and Automation QA;
Fully Automated Map Production. The team is working on developing the new generation of the map production in a fully automated way. The system itself is complex with a huge number of dependencies to other teams and our team is working on service which triggers the map compilation based on the changes from the upstream;
Project state: Active phase of developing MVP;
Team size: 10 teammates in a tribe with the following qualification: Devs, Dev-Ops, Architect.
As a TPM you will be leading both teams.
