• Great communication skills both written and verbal
• Good understanding of IT outsourcing industry
• Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruiting channels
• At least basic understanding of programming languages/technologies
• Attention to details, result orientation, ability to learn quickly
• At least intermediate English
• Source candidates for a current pipeline/future hiring needs in every possible way and develop talent pipelines
• Interact with potential candidates on social media, messengers and professional networks
• Provide information about the company
• Work closely with recruiting team to determine hiring needs and priorities
• Maintain candidates database
