— Strong delivery management skills, past experience of running multiple projects with 80+ team members.
— Proven program management skills

— Proven ability to grow & nurture management teams.
— Experience with financial & budget management (P&L, planning, forecasting, deviation analysis etc.).

— Provide day to day leadership, management and coordination of all activities pertaining to offshore organization including goal setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation and assignments, project & program health and reporting, problem resolution and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure projects in flights goals are met.
