6+ years of experience in software development;
1+ years of experience in leading/building/coordinating a mobile team;
Expert in iOS or Android application development;
Good understanding of iOS or\and Android application development and approaches;
Able to create, analyze and support the applications architecture for iOS and Android (OOD, MVC, MVP, MVVM, VIP etc.);
Deep knowledge in the sphere of web-services and standards (REST, JSON, XML);
Good understanding what is over-engineering and how to avoid it;
Experience providing deep technical guidance to engineering team as required and establish work priorities to deliver a quality product on time;
Experience with Agile development(Scrum, Kanban), TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Improvement, Continuous Delivery;
Git, gitflow, pull request, code review — are the everyday words/tools for you;
Should be proficient in prioritization and skilled in resolving urgent tasks by taking effective action;
English — Upper-Intermediate and higher;
Great communication skills — experience working with European, US clients in terms of direct communication, collaboration, consultancy.

Work closely with product and program management to deliver new features for every release;
Lead the engineering team;
Apply best engineering practices, focusing on agile and CI/CD;
Design and Development of iOS or\and Android framework modules;
Unit Test case development and aiding in automation of test cases;
Work/Collaborate with various global cross functional teams of Product Managers / Tech Leads to understand the requirements;
Document the working systems and prepare design documentation;
Provide deep technical guidance to engineering team as required and establish work priorities to deliver a quality product on time;
