— 2+ years of experience in HR-sphere with similar responsibilities, experience in IT will be a plus;
— Practical experience in the development of various HR-processes and their further development, effective implementation within the company;
— Proactive approach to work;

— Support, create and implement HR processes (adaptation, evaluation, career development, internal and external communication, etc.);
— Organization of workplaces, planning office space;
— Advising employees and managers on administrative and HR issues;
— Participation in the organization of various corporate events;
